What is your shipping policy? We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $8.50 and offer FREE shipping on orders $75.00 or more when you apply code "SHIPFREE" at check out.
We currently ship our products via USPS priority mail which includes tracking and insurance for your package. Your order is packaged and shipped within 2-3 business days after receipt of your order. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Sometimes there are unforeseen issues with shipping, like bad weather or other shipping delays. To help any unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a tracking number with your order so you can track your package at any time. Your package is also insured up to $50, so if you have problems with your shipment or received a damaged package, you can contact USPS directly to make a claim. You will need the tracking number you received with your order.
We currently ship within the United States only (no international orders at this time).
What is your return policy? It is important to us that our customers are happy with their purchases; however, do to the nature of these items, and to comply with safety regulations, items cannot be returned and sales are final.
